I help European founders systemize the business so it fits their life.
Every decision waits for you. A week away costs you two. I help you set up the systems and the people so the business keeps running when you're not in it.
Start with a call. Tell me where you're stuck and we'll work out what to do about it.
Every business gets stuck somewhere else. This is what I bring.
I tell you what I actually see, including the part you've been avoiding. Then we fix it together. I don't hand you feedback and walk away.
Fifteen years of building companies and interviewing entrepreneurs left me with a contact list worth opening. If you need an intro, a partner, or someone to take a part of the business off your hands, I probably know them.
I've generated millions of visits through SEO, affiliate, PPC, influencers, podcasts and webinars. These days I build with AI daily: content, automation, whole systems. And I like the unsexy work that actually frees you up: processes, OKRs, and hiring people who can decide without you.
When I believe in a project, I back it with my own money. Up to 10,000 EUR to speed things up.
I only join projects I'd want to build myself.
I work on 8 projects at most. When I'm in, I'm all in.
Projects I've built or advised, from online magazines to a marketing agency.
Founders, CEOs and specialists in my community. Need an intro? You'll get one.
Peter is my go-to sparring partner for business decisions. He helps me look at things with perspective and turn ideas into action. I tend to pay attention to too many things at once, and he helps me focus on what's essential.
I've taken Fridays off for a decade. A 4-day work week is not a dream, it's a system.
I walk 13,000 steps every day. Most of my best ideas come from walking.
I once spent four nights in complete darkness. Life-changing. Ask me about it.
Pick a slot at cal.com/chodelka. 30 minutes, free, no pitch. You tell me where the business still needs you.
You tell me where it's stuck. We work out what has to change so the business can run without you. If it clicks, we plan the first 90 days.
We work together for a few months, for a fee. Real work in the business, not a strategy deck. Both of us find out if this is worth continuing.
If the pilot works, we move to the model I'm actually after: I keep building, and I'm paid from the upside we create together.
The first call is free. After that the pilot is paid: a fixed fee for a fixed period, agreed once I know what the work actually is. I don't publish a price list, because I don't do the same thing for everyone. And the fee isn't where this is meant to end up. If the pilot works, we move to a partnership where I'm paid from what we build together.
We agree on goals, terms and a 90-day plan before anything starts. Three months is my minimum. Real change takes longer than a quarter, and it's also how long we both need to find out whether this is worth continuing.
Work, not advice. We agree what has to be built: the processes, the hires and the numbers you can check without sitting in every meeting. Then I build it with you. Calls, WhatsApp and e-mail in between are how we stay in sync, not the product. When I'm in, I'm all in.
That's where this is meant to go. I don't start there, because on day one neither of us knows enough to price it honestly. After the pilot, if we both want to keep going, we agree on a share of what we build from there. When I believe in a project I also put in my own money, up to 10,000 EUR.
Definitely. We'll set priorities together and go get your first clients. Early stage is often where an outside view matters most.
Let's talk. Tell me where you're stuck and we'll work out what to do about it.
